The location was great. Many cafes sat within walking distance from the hotel. The staff proved very friendly and helpful .

The room was quite dark and somewhat dingy. There were no outdoor windows to allow natural light in. Instead, the window faced the hallway. (It was a little strange.)

I found the staff good and helpful, they were eager to assist. the facilities provided a clean and serene boutique feel, just what i needed. the location had great cafes, restaurants, street vendors, and massage parlors nearby, talk about convenient. a 7-eleven store was also a quick 3-minute walk away. the pool was dirty. i asked the staff about this. they told me they knew it was dirty and had been waiting for it to be fixed. i booked this hotel based on the pool photos and was disappointed.

This hotel had an ideal location near everything. A self-service laundry was right next door, very convenient for washing clothes. The swimming pool provided a great way to cool down after a day of exploring (it felt refreshing!).

The bar was closed during the entire stay. It would have been nice to have that option available.
